If someone has just passed

You do not need to work anything out yet.

您现在不需要做任何决定。

Tell us where your family member is. These are the only steps that matter in the first hours.

  1. Call our careline first. We stay on the line and tell you what happens next.
  2. We contact the nearest police station for the report a home passing needs, and arrange a doctor to confirm.
  3. We arrive within 90 minutes anywhere in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, and transfer your family member with care.

Please have these ready

  • MyKad of the departed
  • MyKad of the next of kin
  • Confirmation of death from the hospital or doctor

We handle the rest: registering the death with JPN, the death certificate, and the burial or cremation permit.

For every faith

Buddhist, Taoist, Christian, Hindu and free-thinker services are arranged in full, with the right ceremonial team and liaison with your temple, church or priest.

For Muslim families, we respectfully refer you to trusted pengurusan jenazah partners, at no charge, and stay on hand if you need help with anything else.

Pre-planning

Some things are easier decided calmly.

Many families speak to us long before anything has happened. A pre-planned arrangement records your wishes, the rites, the hall, the resting place, so your family is spared a hundred decisions on their hardest day.

Costs are settled at today's terms, with instalments if you prefer. It is a conversation, not a commitment, and we will not follow up unless you ask us to.
